  Tuesday, 15 September 2026   Indonesia has long been an attractive market for foreign investors, and Spanish companies are no exception.  Group of 31 Spanish companies showed strong interest in expanding their business activities in Indonesia, particularly in infrastructure, construction, energy, and land transportation.   The companies took part in an Investment and Business Cooperation Forum in Jakarta.   Monday, 14 September 2026   Indonesia’s infrastructure development has attracted interest from international investors, and West Java was once looking at foreign participation for an ambitious monorail project around Bandung.   In 2019, several companies from the United Kingdom and Spain showed interest in working with the West Java provincial government on the planned mass transportation project.
