Dalle ville fronte mare a Kuta ai progetti alberghieri vicino a Senggigi, sempre pi\u00f9 investitori stranieri guardano all&#039;isola come alla &quot;nuova Bali&quot;. Ma prima di firmare qualsiasi contratto di acquisto di terreni o di versare un acconto, c&#039;\u00e8 una cosa che ogni investitore deve capire: a Lombok, la due diligence legale non \u00e8 un&#039;opzione. \u00c8 una questione di sopravvivenza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una splendida vista sull&#039;oceano non significa nulla se la documentazione relativa al terreno \u00e8 incompleta.
