Qualche anno fa, la maggior parte degli investitori immobiliari in Indonesia era ossessionata da Bali. Era la meta da sogno: turismo fiorente, ville di lusso e attivit\u00e0 di affitto ovunque.<\/p>\n

Ma ora Lombok sta entrando seriamente nel dibattito. E una domanda continua a ripresentarsi tra gli investitori: "Che tipo di ritorno sull'investimento si pu\u00f2 effettivamente ottenere a Lombok?"<\/p>\n

La risposta \u00e8, a dire il vero, piuttosto interessante. Secondo i dati condivisi da Nour Estates, il ritorno sull'investimento (ROI) medio a Lombok si aggira generalmente tra l'8% e il 17%, a seconda della tipologia di immobile, della posizione e della qualit\u00e0 della gestione.<\/p>\n

Questa cifra \u00e8 considerata molto interessante rispetto a molti mercati immobiliari consolidati in tutto il mondo. Ma ecco il punto importante: non tutte le zone di Lombok hanno lo stesso andamento.<\/p>\n

Alcune localit\u00e0 stanno diventando poli di investimento molto ambiti grazie alla rapida crescita del turismo. Ad esempio, Kuta Lombok \u00e8 diventata una delle destinazioni con le migliori performance.
