Fino a pochi anni fa, Lombok era ancora vista da molti come la vicina pi\u00f9 tranquilla di Bali. Spiagge meravigliose? Certo. Onde fantastiche? Assolutamente. Ma investitori internazionali? Non erano certo tra le mete ambite. Ora, per\u00f2, le cose stanno cambiando rapidamente.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La Zona Economica Speciale di Mandalika, nel Lombok meridionale, \u00e8 diventata una delle destinazioni di investimento turistico pi\u00f9 ambite dell'Indonesia. Investitori stranieri provenienti da Medio Oriente, Europa e Asia si stanno accalcando per entrare nell'area, portando miliardi di rupie in hotel, resort, progetti di intrattenimento e infrastrutture turistiche.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Il governo indonesiano ha ufficialmente istituito Mandalika come zona economica speciale per il turismo, con l'obiettivo di attrarre investimenti internazionali e trasformare Lombok in una destinazione di livello mondiale. E, a dire il vero, l'impulso \u00e8 stato enorme.<\/p>\n

Uno dei segnali pi\u00f9 significativi di fiducia \u00e8 arrivato dalla societ\u00e0 EBD Paragon, sostenuta dall'Arabia Saudita, che ha investito circa 1.200 miliardi di rupie nel progetto Paramount Lombok Resort and Residence. Il complesso comprende centinaia di camere e servizi di lusso pensati per i viaggiatori internazionali.<\/p>\n

Il progetto francese Vinci Grand Project ha inoltre stanziato ingenti investimenti per il complesso del circuito cittadino di Mandalika, mentre la Qatar Investment Authority avrebbe pianificato un imponente progetto turistico del valore di circa 1.402 miliardi di dollari.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Una somma di denaro di tale entit\u00e0 non arriva in una zona senza un motivo. Gli investitori guardano a Mandalika perch\u00e9 la regione ha diversi punti di forza. Innanzitutto, la bellezza naturale \u00e8 innegabile. Spiagge di sabbia bianca, dolci colline, clima mite e spot per il surf di livello mondiale creano un prodotto turistico che si vende praticamente da solo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In secondo luogo, lo sviluppo delle infrastrutture ha subito una rapida accelerazione. Il governo ha ampliato la rete stradale, ammodernato l'aeroporto internazionale di Lombok e migliorato l'accesso alle zone turistiche. Anche importanti eventi internazionali come il MotoGP hanno contribuito a portare Mandalika alla ribalta mondiale.<\/p>\n

In terzo luogo, lo status di Zona Economica Speciale (ZES) offre agli investitori interessanti incentivi. Tra questi, agevolazioni fiscali, permessi semplificati e normative pi\u00f9 snelle per le imprese turistiche. Per molte aziende straniere, ci\u00f2 rende Mandalika molto pi\u00f9 attraente rispetto ai mercati turistici tradizionali, gi\u00e0 saturi e costosi.<\/p>\n

Gli hotel hanno iniziato a sorgere uno dopo l'altro. Marchi come Pullman, Royal Tulip, Club Med e altri nomi internazionali del settore alberghiero hanno gi\u00e0 avviato o pianificato progetti di sviluppo nella zona.<\/p>\n

Ci\u00f2 che rende questa storia ancora pi\u00f9 interessante \u00e8 il tempismo. Il turismo globale sta cambiando. I viaggiatori di oggi desiderano destinazioni che mantengano un'atmosfera autentica e meno sovrasviluppata. Mandalika offre proprio questo equilibrio: un potenziale di lusso senza rinunciare al fascino dell'isola tropicale che le persone ricercano.<\/p>\n
