Vila-vila mewah, klub pantai yang ramai, para digital nomad di mana-mana, dan janji keuntungan dua digit membuat pulau ini tampak seperti surga bagi para investor. Namun belakangan ini, nama lain mulai muncul dalam percakapan di antara pembeli properti yang cerdas: Lombok Selatan.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, properti di Bali umumnya memiliki ROI tahunan antara 12 persen dan 20 persen, tergantung pada lokasi dan kualitas manajemen.<\/p>\n
