Beberapa tahun lalu, banyak orang masih memandang Lombok sebagai tetangga Bali yang lebih tenang. Pantai yang indah? Ya. Ombak yang menakjubkan? Tentu saja. Tetapi investor global? Belum terlalu menjadi perhatian. Sekarang, keadaan berubah dengan cepat.<\/p>\n

Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Mandalika di Lombok Selatan telah menjadi salah satu destinasi investasi pariwisata terpopuler di Indonesia. Investor asing dari Timur Tengah, Eropa, dan Asia berbondong-bondong memasuki kawasan ini, membawa miliaran rupiah ke hotel, resor, proyek hiburan, dan infrastruktur pariwisata.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pemerintah Indonesia secara resmi meluncurkan Mandalika sebagai Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) pariwisata untuk menarik investasi internasional dan menjadikan Lombok sebagai destinasi kelas dunia. Dan jujur saja, momentumnya sangat besar.<\/p>\n

Salah satu tanda kepercayaan terbesar datang dari perusahaan yang didukung Arab Saudi, EBD Paragon, yang menginvestasikan sekitar Rp1,2 triliun ke dalam proyek Paramount Lombok Resort and Residence. Pengembangan ini mencakup ratusan kamar dan fasilitas mewah yang ditujukan untuk wisatawan internasional.<\/p>\n

Vinci Grand Project dari Prancis juga berkomitmen untuk melakukan investasi besar pada kawasan Sirkuit Balap Jalanan Mandalika, sementara Otoritas Investasi Qatar dilaporkan merencanakan proyek pariwisata besar-besaran senilai sekitar US$1.420.000.<\/p>\n

Uang sebanyak itu tidak akan masuk ke suatu daerah tanpa alasan. Investor mengincar Mandalika karena wilayah ini memiliki beberapa hal yang menguntungkan. Pertama, keindahan alamnya tak terbantahkan. Pantai berpasir putih, perbukitan, cuaca hangat, dan tempat selancar kelas dunia menciptakan produk wisata yang pada dasarnya menjual dirinya sendiri.<\/p>\n

Kedua, pembangunan infrastruktur telah meningkat pesat. Pemerintah memperluas jalan, meningkatkan kualitas Bandara Internasional Lombok, dan memperbaiki akses ke daerah wisata. Acara internasional besar seperti MotoGP juga mendorong Mandalika ke sorotan global.<\/p>\n

Ketiga, status SEZ (Zona Ekonomi Khusus) memberikan insentif menarik bagi investor. Ini termasuk manfaat pajak, perizinan yang disederhanakan, dan peraturan yang lebih mudah untuk bisnis pariwisata.
