For decades, Europe has been one of the favorite destinations for investors from the Middle East. From luxury real estate in London and Paris to infrastructure projects and major corporate acquisitions, investors from Gulf countries have played an important role in shaping parts of the European economy. However, the investment landscape is becoming more complicated than it used to be.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest challenges is the changing regulatory environment across Europe. Governments are paying closer attention to foreign investments, especially in strategic sectors such as energy, technology, telecommunications, and infrastructure. As a result, deals that were once approved relatively quickly may now face longer review periods and stricter requirements.<\/p>\n
